About Ron Stults

I build systems when life gets messy.

Be the Commander grew from a simple idea: you will not control every circumstance, but you can become much better at controlling your response, your standards, and your next move.

Not a straight-line résumé.

My background crosses healthcare, emergency response, manufacturing, insurance sales, operations, general management, writing, and business-building. That variety is part of the point.

Different jobs taught different forms of command: making decisions under pressure, communicating with people, selling an idea, leading a team, running an operation, rebuilding after setbacks, and learning quickly when the old plan stops working.

Healthcare + EMS

Calm inside urgency

Years in hospital work and emergency medical response reinforced the value of procedure, priorities, and clear action.

Sales

Communication creates movement

Insurance sales taught the importance of understanding people, earning trust, and following through.

Operations + Leadership

Systems beat heroics

General management reinforced that reliable standards and team development scale better than one person constantly saving the day.

Writing + Building

Turn experience into assets

Books, systems, software ideas, and businesses are the next stage: converting lessons into things that can keep creating value.

Be the Commander isn't about pretending you're invincible. It's about becoming deliberate.

Follow the build.

If you're rebuilding something too—a career, business, finances, health, or simply your direction—you are in the right place.
